There are a number of restaurants in the village serving typical Spanish fare. Only three of these have tables outside, La Tasca, La Cuenca and El Ventorillero as the Spanish generally prefer to be out of the sun.

El Ventorrillero in Plaza de la Constitución, just up from the square, always has a lively atmosphere Tel: 956 640 997.

Hostal Anon in Calle Consuelo has an atmospheric restaurant serving local and more international fare. The upstairs bar and terrace serves lighter snacks. Tel: 956 640 113 (Closed Wednesdays).

 

La Estación - Five minutes away in the next village is a unique and charming restaurant serving excellent food. The restaurant is in the station at San Pablo de Buceite, and trains pass through and stop on request. The staff are English speaking. Reservations Tel: 956 642 244.

Oba - an English owned bar in Calle Sevilla, 300 metres up from the square, serves food most evenings (Closed Monday and Tuesday).
