Accommodation (for eight people)

There are four double bedrooms offering accommodation for 8 persons. In addition there is a sofa bed in the study providing flexible sleeping arrangements when required.
If more than eight people use the property, and only by prior arrangement, an extra charge will be made of £200 per person for linen and utilities.
Bed linen is changed on a weekly basis although additional supplies are available should you require to make a change yourself. Light cleaning is carried out mid-week when towels are changed, and a comprehensive clean is carried out weekly.
The ample cooking facilities (range cooker comprising six gas hobs and double electric oven, one with spit roast, microwave and gas barbeque) are complemented by a comprehensive supply of cooking utensils.
A deposit for breakages is required of £50 per person and this will be refunded into your designated bank account within 7 days following departure.
