Reservations and Deposits
To confirm your reservation we must receive a 30% deposit of the total cost, together with a signed reservation form. The balance together with breakage deposit of £50 per head must be received 60 days prior to your arrival date.
If you reserve within 60 days prior to your arrival date, we request a 100% of your total rent plus deposit. Consider your reservation confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation.
Forms of payment
Deposits and payments can be paid by bank transfer. Bank transfer expenses are incurred to the client.
Deposit for damages and losses
The deposit for damages to the property or losses of inventory shall be refunded to you upon departure or by bank transfer within 7 days of your departure, once we verify that the property and inventory are in the same state as delivered upon your arrival. Should damages or losses occur, we will deduct the necessary amount from your deposit. You will receive a detailed receipt of the expenses.
Any total or partial cancellation of your stay in the property booked must be communicated in writing to owner or their agent. All deposits are non-refundable. Should the cancellation occur once the full amount of your stay has been paid, we will apply the following cancellation charges:
More than 60 days before arrival 50%.
Between 60 – 45 days before arrival 70%
After 45 days before arrival 100%.
In the event of a cancellation charge arising under this clause the amount due must be paid by the owner or their agent within 7 days of the charge arising, not withstanding the fact that the client’s holiday insurance policy may cover the cancellation charge. It is the client’s responsibility to claim any insurance monies due as the owner cannot claim on behalf of the client.
We recommend that you contract a full holiday insurance that covers possible cancellations.
